What to expect during your visitGetting to our Office
We’re convenienty located less than a mile from the center of downtown Palatine. Our Parking Lot is located in the rear of the building.
- If coming from the East (Rte 53) take Palatine Rd. East past Northwest Highway, we’ll be on the South (Left) side of the street. If you reach Plum Grove Rd. you’ve just missed us.
- If coming from the West (Plum Grove Rd.), take Palatine Rd. across the railroad tracks, we’ll be on the South (Right) side of Palatine Rd. just after it narrows to one lane.
- If you happen to live near downtown Palatine, we’re a short 7 minute walk from the downtown area.

We work hard to maximize your insurance benefits and make our billing process as transparent as possible. Haupers Family Dental accepts most PPO insurance plans. From verifying coverage prior to your appointment, to submitting claims on your behalf, and any necessary follow-up with your insurance provider; we’ll work hard to make the insurance process as smooth as possible.
